Before the Court are the Defendants’ motions for summary judgment (Docs. 110 and 121). Plaintiff, an inmate with the Illinois Department of Corrections (“IDOC”), alleges that various IDOC and Wexford Health Sources, Inc. (“Wexford”) employees' violated his constitutional rights.
