This is a suit for a declaratory judgment instituted by plaintiff-appellee, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (sometimes hereafter referred to as insurer), against 'Mrs. Florence E. St. Clair (sometimes hereafter referred to as insured), defendant-.appellant, to have a certain policy of fire insurance, issued by the insurer to the ■insured, declared null and void.
