Yoankys Perez appeals from the district court’s 24-month sentence after pleading guilty to one count of knowingly and willfully manufacturing 100 or more marijuana plants, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B)(vii) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Because Perez qualified for relief under the safety-valve provision in U.S.S.G. § 5C1.2(a), the district court sentenced Perez below the five-year statutory minimum sentence and at the low-end of his applicable guideline range.
