OPINION OF THE COURT

LYNCH, Judge:

The defendant was charged with and tried by general court-martial on one specification under Article 92, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 892 (Charge I), alleging a violation of Coast Guard regulations by possession of cocaine and one specification under Article 81, UCMJ 10 U.S.C. § 881 (Charge II), alleging conspiracy to possess cocaine in violation of Coast Guard regulations. He was found not guilty of the specification under Charge I and guilty of the conspiracy specification under Charge II. The failure of the court to enter a finding as to each charge is harmless error…
