This is an appeal from a judgment denying a motion to compel arbitration of a claim for wrongful termination of employment, breach of contract, and tortious interference with business.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff, Roy Gautreaux (Gautreaux), began working as an insurance salesman with appellants, Prudential Insurance Company of America, Prudential Insurance Company and Prudential Preferred Financial Services (Prudential), in 1989.
