*199The court intends by this order to send a message to the entire membership of the American Samoa Bar Association. First, every attorney and legal practitioner should henceforth take T.C.R.C.P. Rule 11, as amended on March 1, 1996, seriously and meet the professional standards contemplated by the Rule.
