JOHN F. REIF, Vice Chief Judge:
+ 11 Petitioners, Benjamin and Jaclyn T., appeal the district court's order dismissing their petition to adopt I.D.G., a minor child placed in their care as foster parents by the Department of Human Services (DHS). The issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in determining as a matter of law that Petitioners could prove no set of facts in support of their claim. Upon review of the record and applicable law, we conclude that the district court did not err and affirm its order.
