In the district court the plaintiff obtained a judgment against the defendant. In subsequent proceedings in aid of execution the court made a finding that in violation of an order prohibiting him from transferring any of his property the defendant had deposited in bank a sum of money in the name of his wife which was in fact his own; that he had on his person the sum of $5 in cash, and a gold watch, and in his possession a team of horses which belonged to him. *743The court thereupon ordered him to deliver the money within thirty days to the…
