OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Chaz Bunch appeals the sentence issued in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for his convictions for aggravated robbery, three counts of rape, three counts of complicity to commit rape, kidnapping, and aggravating menacing. Three issues are raised in this appeal. The first issue is whether the trial court's use of a blanket policy that all defendants who commit rape get the maximum sentence amounted to an abuse of discretion.
