MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

The Plaintiff, Gregory F. Butler (BUTLER), commenced the above-entitled adversary proceeding by Complaint filed on January 25, 1985, seeking a determination that two loans made to the Debtors, Kenneth R. Roberts and his wife, Colleen K. Roberts (DEBTORS), in 1981 and 1983 are non-dis-chargeable pursuant to sections 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(2)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code.
