Appellant, Ella Dee Shaw, filed the instant complaint against appellee, Destiny

Industries, Inc., the manufacturer of a mobile home that appellant had purchased in 1994. Appellee answered the complaint in the instant action, alleging affirmatively that it was barred by the doctrine of res judicata, and contemporaneously filed a motion for summary judgment on that basis.
