The present appeal presents the question of the propriety of the attorneys’ fees awarded against plaintiffs-appellants Sidag Aktiengesellschaft and Sicilia di R. Biebow & Company (collectively “Sidag”) in favor of defendants-appellees Ronald C. Cox and Sales U.S.A., Inc.
