ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING BDO SEIDMAN, LLP’S MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA

WILLIAMS, Judge.

This matter is before the Court on BDO Seidman, LLP’s (BDO) motion to quash a subpoena served by Defendant on September 30, 2004, seeking taxpayer information of its nonparty clients.1 Because the subpoenaed material is relevant to this action and no privilege or statute prevents disclosure, BDO’s motion to quash is denied.
