MEMORANDUM OPINION
FARNAN, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is an appeal pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) filed by Plaintiff, Veronica D. Gibbons, seeking review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the “Commissioner”) determining that certain workers’ compensation benefits Plaintiff received are subject to offset against her Title II disability insurance benefits pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 424a.
