Plaintiff Danny Vaughn (plaintiff) brought a medical malpractice action against defendants Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Hospital), Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation, Inc. (Foundation), Northwestern University Medical School (School), and Dr. David Cugell, M.D. (Cugell) (sometimes jointly, defendants).
