stated the conclusions of the court as follows:
The urgency of the situation seems' to forbid that this case should be retained by us for the length of time which would be required for the preparation of an opinion thoroughly and satisfactorily discussing all the difficult questions presented by counsel. All the time at our command we have given to an examination and consideration of the voluminous testimony, the elaborate briefs, and exhaustive arguments of counsel.
