William F. Miller and Mister Discount Stockbrokers, Inc. petition this court, pursuant to section 25(a)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78y(a)(l), to review an order of the Securities Exchange Commission. We affirm the order of the Commission.
