Appeal (transferred to this court by order of the Appellate Division, Second Department) from an order of the Supreme Court (Green, J.), entered May 1, 1990 in Orange County, which, inter alia, granted summary judgment to plaintiffs.
On February 7, 1986 at approximately 6:15 A.M., plaintiff Sheila D. Dykstra (hereinafter plaintiff) slipped and fell on an ice-covered sidewalk on defendant’s property in the Town of Monroe, Orange County.
