In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rosenberg, J.), dated November 25, 2009, *634which granted the motion of the defendant 564 Seneca Avenue Corp. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the motion of the defendant 564 Seneca Avenue Corp. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it is denied.
