The information filed with the justice charges, or attempts to charge, the defendant with disorderly conduct in violation of section 43 of the Penal Law. The defendant pleaded guilty to the charge. On the argument of the appeal and in his brief, counsel for the appellant questions the sufficiency of the information, and contends that it states no facts sufficient to show the commission of the crime charged therein, or any crime.
