Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of voluntary manslaughter, MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). The trial court sentenced him to a term of ten to fifteen years imprisonment on the manslaughter conviction and to a mandatory two-year term on the felony-firearm conviction. Defendant appeals as of right and claims that there was insufficient evidence on which to find him guilty of manslaughter. The prosecutor appeals as of right the sentence imposed by the trial court.
