This court affirmed the judgment of the court below. After the opinion was filed, (11 Kas., 526,) the plaintiff in error, The City of Troy, filed a motion for a rehearing. *721. Power of city to contract. *71Counsel presses earnestly on our attention, upon a motion for rehearing, two principal points. First, he claims that the court erred in its statements as to the issue of $25,000 of city bonds, and hence erred in its judgment as to the power of the city to make the contract referred to. There was a slight error in the statement of facts in the opinion filed in this case, (11 Kas., 526,) though the facts are correctly stated in the opinion filed when the case was here on error to reverse the temporary injunction…
