Because lands designated in the complaint would be overflowed by a dam it had constructed across Bayou La Grue, Arkansas Irrigation Company sought to condemn. Separate suits were consolidated when answers and cross complaints were filed.- Prairie County Irrigation Company intervened, asserting it had previously acquired easements in respect of the property involved.
