Appeal from adverse judgment in action to quiet title to real estate.

Isaac Adams petitioned, pursuant to Section 527.150, V.A.M.S., to quiet title in him to two residential properties, one on Greer Avenue and one on Enright Avenue, in St. Louis, Missouri. He alleged: that he and Gladys Adams, a/k/a Gladys English Adams, a/k/a Gladys English, a/k/a Gladys D.
