Affirming.
The suit is to determine whether a valid trust in certain securities wa^i established or whether they are to be regarded as passing under the will of the alleged settlor.
Frank R. DeLeuil died December 27, 1930, survived by his widow and three children by a former marriage, a daughter and two sons. In July, 1926, about a year after his second marriage, DeLeuil, by a formal writing, placed with the.
