In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.), entered July 13, 1987, as granted that branch of the defendants’ motion which was for partial summary judgment dismissing so much of the plaintiff’s second cause of action as sought recovery based upon Labor Law § 241.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and that branch of the defendants’ motion which was for partial summary judgment dismissing so much of the…
