The parties to this case have been skirmishing for at least a decade over the ownership and control of certain patents. The present action wa.s filed in 1965, and the record is replete with procedural forays back and forth between the parties. Defendants presently have moved to dismiss this action pursuant to Rule 19 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to join an indispensable party.
