{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Scioto County Court of Common Pleas judgment entry sentencing Appellant, Christopher Lodwick, to maximum and consecutive prison terms totaling eighteen years. He was found guilty by a jury of one count of burglary, a second-degree felony in violation of R.C. 2911.12(A)(2) and (D), and was determined by the trial court to be a repeat violent offender pursuant to R.C. 2941.149(A).
