Mddrum was convicted of murder in the second degree, upon an information charging that on the 12th day of January, 1912, at the County of Carbon, in the State of Wyoming, he did feloniously, purposely and with premeditated malice, kill and murder one John or “Chick” Bowen. The plaintiff in error 'brings error to reverse a judgment upon a verdict convicting him of the crime of murder in the second degree.
