Pro Tempore.

Plaintiff sought to impose a constructive trust on all funds from a joint savings account formerly owned by plaintiff’s deceased wife, Giovanna (Ginny) Pantano and her sister, defendant Maria Obbiso, which funds had been placed in new accounts for the benefit of defendant Maria Obbiso and her children. The trial court found for plaintiff in the amount of $13,500, together with interest. Defendant appeals.
