David Browne was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child by contact. See Tex. Penal. Code §§ 21.11(a) (listing elements for offense of indecency with child), 22.021(a)(1) (setting out offense of aggravated sexual assault). ■; The offenses .were alleged to have occurred at a daycare run by Browne’s wife in their home.
