(HBL) appeals a February 8, 2010 judgment in favor of Adair Asset Management, LLC/US Bank (Adair), granting Adair’s motion for summary judgment and confirming and quieting Adair’s title relating to its acquisition of HBL’s immovable property by tax sale.
