MCMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Patrice Cross appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri granting summary judgment to her former employer, Monett R-l Board of Education (the “Board”), in her action alleging violations of the Missouri Teacher Tenure Act (“MTTA”), Mo.Rev.Stat. § 168.102 et seq., the Missouri Administrative Procedures Act (“MAPA”), Mo.Rev. Stat. § 536.010 et seq., and federal due process. We affirm.
