MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT F. HERSHNER, Jr., Chief Judge.

Udi Sandalon, Plaintiff, filed a “Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt” on August 9, 1991. David M. Cook, d/b/a Diversified Gem Sales, and Donna W. Cook, Debtors, Defendants, filed their answer on September 9, 1991. A trial was held on April 6, 1992. At the conclusion of the trial, the Court granted a motion for involuntary dismissal made by counsel for Mrs. Cook. The Court entered an order on April 6, 1992, dismissing the complaint as to Mrs. Cook. The Court will hereafter refer to Mr. Cook as Defendant. The Court, having…
