W. C. Stewart, J. G. Stewart, Aaron Miller and J. E. Condra were tlie owners of and were conducting a stone quarry in Warren County, Kentucky, under tlie firm name of Slim Island Stone Company. Each, of these parties owned a one-fourth interest in the partnership business. On September 17, 1910, W. C. Stewart, Aaron Miller and J. G. Stewart gave to one C. H.
