BROWN, District Judge.

Upon a petition filed by the above-named petitioner, owner of the coal barge Eureka No. 82, application is made for an order for the appraisement of the barge in proceedings to limit the liability of the owner of the Eureka, pursuant to sections 4284 and 4285 of the United States Revised Statutes.
