This appeal arises out of disputes between a painting subcontractor, Odyssey Contracting Corporation (Odyssey), and the general contractor, White-Skanska-Consigli, JV (WSC),3 related to the construction and renovation of the Longfellow Bridge between Boston and Cambridge.
