While Knight was being held in jail after this case had been appealed he escaped and was gone for a long-while. Nevertheless, he was in custody at the time of consideration by this Court of that appeal and, as we understand it, has been in custody for quíte a while. The State has made a motion to dismiss the appeal because of the escape and relies upon the case of Bradford v. State, 184 Tenn. 694, 202 S. W. (2d) 647.
