OPINION

KEITH, Commissioner.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. Appellant was convicted of the offense of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon under the provisions of V.T.C.A., Penal Code, Sec. 46.05, and the court assessed his punishment at ten years probated. One of the conditions of his probation was that he “[cjommit no offense against the laws of this or any other state or the United States.” State’s counsel filed a motion to revoke the probation alleging that appellant violated the terms of the probation by driving an automobile on a public road in Cottle County,…
