OPINION
KARLIN, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Appellant, Roein Liquidation Estate (“Estate”), appeals the bankruptcy court’s September 29, 2006, order granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee, UPAC. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM the decision of the bankruptcy court.
I. Background
The Debtor in the underlying bankruptcy case, Rocor International, Inc., was a trucking company that provided freight hauling services throughout the United States, with its main terminal located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
