Plaintiff Michael D.J. Eisenberg, an attorney who is representing himself pro se, filed the above-captioned matter seeking judicial review of an administrative law judge’s failure to act on his request for attorney’s fees in connection with his representation of a claimant in administrative proceedings before the Social Security Administration.
