This action was commenced in the county, court of Pontotoc county, Oklahoma, on the 9th day of May, 1919, by the defendant in, error, .Josie M. Chaffer, plaintiff below, against the pulaintiff in error, Sovereign Camp of the Woodmen of the World, a fraternal beneficiary association, defendant below. The cause was tried to a jury on the plaintiff’s first amended petition, the answer of the defendant and the reply of the plaintiff, on the 23rd day of October, 1919.
