Respondent Lynne F. Stewart was admitted to practice in New York in the First Judicial Department on January 31, *2181977 as Lynne Feltham Stewart and at all times relevant to this proceeding has maintained an office for the practice of law within this Department.

This is a proceeding by the Departmental Disciplinary Committee to confirm the Hearing Panel’s findings of fact and conclusions of law and publicly censure respondent.
