OPINION AND ORDER
GARCIA-GREGORY, District Judge.
In this action, brought under Section 1 1 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, plaintiff Euromodas, Inc. (“Euromo-das”) alleges that defendant Zanella, LTD. (“Zanella”) terminated Euromodas as one of its retailers, in furtherance of a price fixing conspiracy with another competing retailer, defendant Clubman, Inc. (“Club-man”).
