OPINION

ENGEL, Circuit Judge.

Defendants Manuel Hernandez and Oscar Solis appeal their convictions and sentences for conspiring to possess with intent to distribute marijuana. For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM the judgments against both Hernandez and Solis.

PROCEDURAL AND FACTUAL BACKGROUND

Manuel Hernandez and Oscar Solis, with Oscar’s brother Rey Solis, Jesus “Jesse” Reyna, Jacqlynn Garrett, and Rosa Garcia, were indicted in December 1989 on one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1994). 1 The trial for all…
