WOLF, Judge.

McCoy appeals from his convictions for armed robbery, attempted first degree murder of a law enforcement officer, and aggravated assault with a firearm on a law enforcement officer. He raises a number of points on appeal, only one of which has merit and needs to be discussed herein. That issue relates to the admission of the deposition testimony of Officer Campbell.
