{¶ 1} Appellant, Brianna Bernard, appeals from the October 5, 2016 judgments of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, convicting and sentencing her for aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, felonious assault, and kidnapping following a jury trial. For the reasons set forth below, this court finds appellant was denied a fair trial because of the admission of prejudicial other acts evidence pursuant to Evid.R. 404(B). This court further finds the evidence presented is not sufficient to support appellant's convictions as a matter of law. Therefore, we reverse the trial court's judgments…
