■ The -defendant made a contract with the' plaintiff’s ■ husband whereby the defendant rented to plaintiff’s husband a sewing' *709machine, valued at sixty dollars, for which lie agreed to pay five dollars on the delivery of the machine, which was accepted as payment for the first week’s rent, and then at the rate' of one dollar per week, payable in advance, on each Monday' thereafter for forty-three weeks.
