The plaintiffs brought their action against John Sigerson, counting first on a note executed by Sigerson to them for $618 32, dated the 4th day of May, 1852, and due in ninety days after date.

Secondly, the plaintiffs say that defendant owes them $1476 87 on account of reclamation for damages in a lot of 300 barrels of pickled shoulders, sold by the plaintiffs for said defendant to L. M. Wilson, of Mobile, Alabama, for which the said plaintiffs paid the said defendant, but said Wilson refused to receive and pay for the same, for the reason that the same was damaged; the particulars of which…
