DECISION

IN MANDAMUS

{¶ 1} Philip Davis filed this action in mandamus, seeking a writ to compel the Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate its order which set his average weekly wage ("AWW") at $572.73 and his full weekly wage ("FWW") at $560.52. Mr. Davis requests that the commission be compelled to set both his AWW and FWW at higher figures.
